Kempton and Ludlow abandoned

Both today´s N.H. meetings in the U.K. - at Kempton and Ludlow - have been abandoned because of frost, leaving the all-weather track at Wolverhampton staging the only racing. However prospects for the rest of the week are apparently brighter, as temperatures are now expected to rise slightly. A lot of rain is forecast this week, so that the ground will probably remain very soft/ heavy for the foreseeable future.
