all-weather racing at Lingfield and Kempton

there is no flat racing on turf in the British Isles today, with 3 jumps meetings and all-weather racing this afternoon at Lingfield and this evening at Kempton. With Godolphin still on a roll (two more winners yesterday, and the century up for this season, for the first time since 2004) their runners should be followed. Fareej is their candidate in the 2yo novice race at 15.00 CET, in which all 4 runners are unbeaten after winning their only start, while debutant Quick Wit runs in the 2yo maiden at 16.05, in which Serhaal (Sir Michael Stoute/ Richard Hills) looks first choice on public form; Stoute also supplies the main danger in the earlier race with Magicians Cape (/Ryan Moore). Frankie Dettori rides both Godolphin hopes and moves on to Kempton for the evening races, where he partners Dahaam (runner-up tis CD last time) in the 2yo maiden at 19.50, and Burgundy Ice in a mile handicap at 20.20 for the Saeed bin Suroor stable. Both are well-drawn and should go close.
