Wetherby off, Wolverhampton on, Plumpton inspection

Today´s N.H. fixture at Wetherby has been abandoned, while there will be an inspection at Plumpton following further heavy rain. Today´s good news is that the all-weather fixture at Wolvethampton goes ahead, as the threatened snow failed to materialise. However more bad weather is due this week in Britain and Ireland - snow, sleet, rain and frost, and several more meetings are in danger. Tuesday´s Newcastle fixture has already been called off, prospects for Folkestone don´t look too bright, nor for the two-day fixture in Fairyhouse (Ireland). Wednesday´s N.H. meetings at Musselburgh and Leicester are also in doubt.
