Inspection at Huntingdon but Musselburgh on

After early morning inspections, Musselburgh´s N.H. meeting today has been given the green light but the situation is less clear at Huntingdon, where there will be another inspection later on. Later: Huntingdon has been abandoned, which is certainly a shame, as the racing here would have been of much better standard than at the Scottish track, and also would have seen some interesting ex-German recruits, such as Persian Storm and El Dancer, who were both due to make their hurdling debuts. At Musselburgh, Casual Affair (Sue and Mark Bradburne) looks the day´s best bet in the second division of the novice hurdle at 15.30; a winner twice on the flat last year, he made a good debut over this CD recently. The first division can go to Jimmy Moffatt´s penalised Sea Storm (Paddy Aspell) and the trainer, Darren´s brother, also has good chances of taking the mares´ novice hurdle at 14.30 with King´s Maiden (Michael O´Connell).
