Baltromei tries again at Cagnes-sur-mer

Werner Baltromei is still waiting for his first winner at the Cagnes-sur-mer meeting, but his horses ran much better on Monday and it is quite possible that he will break his duck today, when he has 8 runners at the Riviera track, some of them running under the name of Sid-Ali Ghoumrassi. They are Time to Beat (Dominique Boeuf) in a 1300 metres conditions race at 14.20, Fire Dragon (Koen Clijmans) and Lord Sa,m (Boeuf) in a 2000 metres claimer at 14.50, Soterio (Boeuf) in the 3400 metres race at 15.50, Australian Airline (Clijmans) and Stillbai in another claimer at 16.20, and Samiro (Boeuf) and Star Warrior (Clijmans) in a 2400 metres handicap at 16.50. In our view the two with the best chances are Soterio and Samiro. As usual, all races will be run on the fibregrass track.
