All-weather action at Lingfield and Great Leighs

There are two all-weather fixtures today, with racing at Lingfield in the afternoon and at Great Leighs in the evening. There are some well-bred maidens desperately hoping for a last gasp victory in the 1 1/2 mile race at 15.20 CET, notably Godolphin´s Sibi Saba (Jamie Spencer), but she ran so disappointingly last time that it is difficult to be too confident. The 10 furlongs handicap for 3yo fillies here at 15.50 has only 6 runners, but looks very tricky. Consistent Suzi Spends (Hugh Collingridge/ Jimmy Quinn) runs here for the first time, but has good form at Great Leighs to her credit. Red Linnet (Michael Bell/ Hayley Turner) ran well here last winter but has been off for 6 months, while Jadaara (Mark Johnston/ Joe Fanning) also has a good chance.

Betting forecast:
1.Race: Alonso De Guzman - Epsom Salts - Mr Napoleon
2.Race: Titan Triumph - Carmenero - Sam`S Cross
3.Race: Megasecret - Satwa Street - La Capriosa
4.Race: Amhooj - El Diego - Arts Guild
5.Race: Suzi Spends - Rio Guru - Jadaara
6.Race: It`S A Game - Belated Silver - Quick Single
7.Race: Pivka - Hessian - Support Fund

Best race at Great Leighs is the mile handicap at 21.50, which also looks very open. Prince of Thebes (Mike Attwater/ Paul Doe) has won his last 2 races, but there is little between him and Palmerin (Richard Hannon/ Eddie Ahern) on their latest running, while Mahadee (Clive Brittain/ Jamie Spencer) and Obezyana (Alan Bailey/ Micky Fenton) are both in good form and have run well at this track before.

Betting forecast:
1.Race: Wreningham - Desert Opal - Billy Red
2.Race: Weybridge Light - Bold Bobby Be - Tender Falcon
3.Race: Mutamared - Orpenindeed - Little Edward
4.Race: Becausewecan - Charlie Smirke - Naizak
5.Race: Prince Of Thebes - Abbondanza - Bold Marc
6.Race: Incarnation - Time To Play - Mayfair`S Future
