German runners at Saint-Cloud

this has been a highly successful week for German-trained runners in France (5 winners yesterday alone!) and this sequence may be continued today at Saint-Cloud. Werner Baltromei saddles two 2yo maidens over the long distance of 2000 metres - Australian Airline in the fillies´ event at 13.50 and Marito in the colts´ equivalent an hour later. Both will be partnered by Dominique Boeuf, who also rides Pesago for Christian Sprengel in a 1400 metres handicap at 15.50, where he will be accompanied by Johan Victoire riding Andreas Trybuhl´s Fancy Running, while in the second division at 17.20 Boeuf rides Mithrandir for Nina Bach, while Scarlet Möller´ Mister Bold will be ridden by Jean-Pierre Carvalho. Nina Bach also saddles Silverlord in a lady riders race at 14.20 with Andrea Hierer aboard.
