Lingfield and Listowel

The first 2 days of the week-long Listowel had to be cancelled because of the bad ground, but the rest of the meeting goes ahead and today the Irish tracks stages an all-jumping card with several maximum fields. 18 line up in the valuable handicap hurdle for 4yo´s at 15.55, with Willie Mullins saddling 3 of them. Both Dani California (David Casey) and Sesenta have recently won on the flat, and as the latter is the choice of Ruby Walsh, he is presumably the stables´s main hope. Decoy Daddy (Tony Mullins/ Davy Russell) and Bouvalogue (David Casey), one of three Charlie Swan runners, are the highest -rated in the conditions hurdle race at 16.25, while Jessica Harrington´s Gemini Lucy (Andrew Leigh) looks thrown in at the weights in the mares handicap hurdle half an hour later.
