Haydock, Lingfield and Tipperary this evening

Best race at this evening´s 3 meetings is the class 3 conditions stakes over 7 furlongs at 20.40 CET at Haydock. Welsh Emperor (Tom Tate/ Neil Callan) has ideal conditions here and could make all the runnimng, but he has little in hand of Artimino (James Fanshaw/ Eddie Ahern), while the fly in the ointmet could be Mike de Kock´s Trinity College (Kevin Shea), having his first race since leaving Aidan O´Brien´s stable almost a year ago. At Lingfield, the firs 3 races are run on the all-weather and the last 3 on turf. The 7 furlongs race for 2yo maidens at 20.20 (turf) has attracted 17 runners, but on paper form should concern only Kentish Dream (Simon Callaghan/ Dane O´Neill) and Reaction (Mick Channon/ Darryll Holland). The Irish meeting at Tipperary features 4 flat races and 3 steeplechases. Assuming that Il en Reve, fourth last night at Kilbeggan, misses the race, the handicap chase at 20.00 looks at the mercy of Lukie Victor (Jessica Harrington/ Andrew Leigh), while Dark Artist (Noel Meade/ Denis O´Regan) looks almost unbeatable in the final chase at 22.00, being well clear on ratings.
