Hamilton, Leicester and Fairyhouse this evening

The 5 furlongs handicap at Hamilton at 21.00 CET this evening sees Kings College Boy (Richard Fahey/ Paul Hanagan) attempt to win his third race in the space of 10 days, and the same trainer-jockey combination can also take the mile conditions race for fillies an hour later with Flying Clarets, who has been running creditably in much better races and is clear top-rated here. The most interesting race at Leicester is the mile handicap for 3yo´s at 20.45, in which Marco Botti´s unbeaten Avertis (Ted Durcan) has a huge weight to carry. She is undoubtedly the class horse in the field, but whether she can concede lumps of weight to last-time-out winners Tifter (Tony Carroll/ Jimmy Quinn) and especially Willkandoo (Kevin Ryan/ Frannie Norton), who scored by 10 lengths at Hamilton last week, remains to be seen. In Ireland, the 7 furlongs conditions race at 19.55 at Fairyhouse should go to the consistent Mojito Royale (Eoin Doyle/ Johnny Murtagh), who has won 5 of his 7 starts to date.
